Mainly made of Sémillon (80%) completed by Sauvignon Blanc (20%). Deep golden color with notes of grilled almond, lime, flower, apricot and orange peel. The wine is lively, creamy and long on the palate. Excellent to match bleu cheese, cheddar 5 years or Foie gras.
