With vines of up to 58 years old on the right side of the Serein River, this Chablis Grand Cru is a complex wine, striking a keen balance between mineral aromas and explosive flavours on the palate. The nose is very fine and elegant with notes of white flowers (acacia) and fresh citrus fruit, while the palate is just as elegant and fresh with a superb acid balance which gives this grand cru a remarkable finish. This wine pairs well with lobster, pike perch fish and poultry. Les Preuses offers exceptional ageing potential.
