This wine shows the richness and generosity of Shiraz, with a backbone of structure provided by the Cabernet, to ensure a long future of up to 20 years” – Peter Barry. This wine from Clare Valley offers a deep, broody nose, with aromas of sweet leather and sweet dried meats. On the palate, the savoury leather character continues with dark fruits and brambles. This sumptuous wine has a good weight through the mid and back palate with a warm embrace to finish.
